1.wound用作动词时,意思是“使…受伤,伤害”。可指身体上的伤害,也可表示感情上的伤痛,是及物动词,接名词或代词作宾语,可用于被动结构。
2.wound的过去分词wounded在句中可作定语。wounded前面加定冠词the时,意思是“受伤者”。
