1.supply的基本意思是“供应,提供”,指向某人提供某物或供应〔供给〕某人所需要的物品,引申可表示“满足”。
2.supply是及物动词,接名词、代词或what从句作宾语。可用于被动结构。
3.supply一般不用于supply sb sth 结构,而多用supply sth for〔to〕 sb 或supply sb with sth 结构。
