1.most用作名词时常与介系of连用,放在其他名词前作限定用法(该名词前应有my, our, the等限定词)。

most, mostly
这两个词词意不同,但词形相近,前者意为“最”,后者意为“主要地”。
1.用来修饰动词时,前者不能放在动宾之间; 而后者则可以。
2.在修饰含有情态色彩或主观意义的形容词或副词,通常用前者而不用后者。

most还可用作名词,意为“最大量”“大多数,大部分”。例如:
Do the most you can.尽你最大的力量去做。
We spend most of March ploughing.三月份的大部分时间我们在春耕。
