1.measure的基本意思是“测量”,指用某种工具或仪器测出某物在某方面的具体数据以便对其进行分析,从而得出结论或完成任务,其宾语多为有形物质。引申可以表示“打量”“估量”“考虑”等。
2.measure可用作及物动词,也可用作不及物动词。用作及物动词时可接名词或代词作宾语,偶尔也接由疑问词引导的从句作宾语。可用于被动结构。
