1.conclude是正式用语,指用正式或特殊的方式来结束事情、活动或文章,如达成协议或作出决定后结束会议,得出结论后结束文章或讲演等。由此引申可表示“作出决定”“得出结论”等。
2.conclude用作及物动词时,可接名词、代词、动词不定式或从句作宾语。偶尔也可接以“(to be+)adj.”充当补足语的复合宾语。
3.conclude可用于被动结构。
