1.combat指一方用武力〔政策〕或用其他方法和另一方“作战”“斗争”,被斗争的一方可以是人,也可以是物或是表示自然规律的名词,还可以是表示生活习惯的抽象名词等。combat表示“抵抗”,而不表示惹起事端,强调所发生行为的急迫性和冲击力,但不表示抵抗的成功与否。
2.combat是及物动词,接名词或代词作宾语,其主语和宾语都既可为人,也可为物。
