1.beware的意思是“小心，谨防”，其后常接“of+n./v-ing”。beware还可接动词不定式或名词从句。
2.beware在现代英语中常用于祈使句，没有过去式、过去分词和现在分词，不用于完成式或进行式，也不用于被动结构。
3.在陈述句中beware有时也可和must,have to,should等连用，这时注意主语多为第二人称，有时也用第一人称。
