1.accord是正式用语,其意思一是“给予”,指的是无偿地作为一种恩惠或权利给予某人权力、地位或某种待遇,即“授予”“赠与”。二是“一致; 符合”,指事物间一般的配合或协调,没有不一致或相冲突之处,引申可指“妥协; 和解; 达成协议”。
