| 34. | "Presentment in accordance with these rules is excused, and a bill may be treated as dishonoured by non-acceptance--" |
| 遇有下列情况，可免作承兑提示，而有关汇票可视为因不获承兑而不能兑现—— |

| 36. | "The indorser of a bill, by indorsing it engages that, on due presentment, it shall be accepted and paid according to its tenor," |
| 汇票背书人，于背书汇票后，即保证该汇票在正式提示时会按照其期限获承兑及支付； |

| 40. | "Provided that where an acceptance is written on a bill, and the drawee gives notice to or according to the directions of the person entitled to the bill that he has accepted it, the acceptance then becomes complete and irrevocable." |
| 但如汇票书明已予承兑，而付款人已觉察已作承兑或按对该票拥有所有权者之指示承兑，则此项承兑即属完成及不可撤销。 |
