| 11. | This Contract will be effective after being signed by both parties. Any party has no right to terminate this Contract without another party's agreement. Anything not covered in this Contract will be discussed separately by both parties. |

| 12. | All other issues can be resolved by written ammendments to this agreement by both parties. The agreement will be effective on signing and stamping by both parties. |

| 13. | This agreement shall contain 2 copies, Party A and Party B shall have one copy each, and shall be effective from the date of this agreement. |
